Uses the business card scanning API from FullContact to transcribe images of your business cards and add them to a contact database. Requires API key from FullContact.

[Detail]
This app consists of two eSpaces: CardScanner - A mobile app that uses the OutSystemsNow-TakePicture widget to let you take a picture of a business card and then pass the Base64 encoded image to the FullContat Card Reader API for transcription. Yes - manual transcription by a live body. This means it takes a few minutes to get the results back, but the results are much more accurate than OCR. Contacts - A back-office app that exposes a webhook URL to which FullContact posts the results of the processed image. This app also parses the various lists returned and organizes them into a contact database. Full Contact also returns URLs for the card images (both front and back) as well as a URL to download a vCard for the contact.
