Worcestershire County Council has pledged to make its digital assets available as open-source for re-use by any public sector organisation - enabling others to immediately achieve the dramatic improvements in efficiency, agility and cost-effectiveness that the council is already realising. Adult Learning Courses, the first of many open-source modules to be released, is now available on OutSystems Forge!
