概要：

Java Stackバージョン9.0がファイル名のエンコードを設定するためのワークアラウンド。これはZip拡張モジュールからforkされ、java.util.zipではなくorg.apache.tools.zipを使用してZIPを作成します。

詳細：

APIはZip拡張と同じですが、CreateZip ActionにEncodeという名前の新しいパラメータがあります。デフォルト値はutf-8で、ms932などの他のエンコードを設定できます。

[Overview]
A workaround for Java Stack Version 9.0 to set the Encode of Filename. It was forked from Zip extension and use org.apache.tools.zip instead of java.util.zip to Create ZIP.

[Detail]
The API is same as Zip extension except There is a new parameter named Encode in CreateZip Action. Default value is utf-8, you can set other encode such as ms932.
