Plugin that enables an application to send local notifications to the users.

Plugin that enables an application to send local notifications to the users, for example, an upcoming event or meeting. These notifications are triggered and received in the same device. How to use this plugin? In order to initialize and receive notification events the user has to add the NotificationsEventsEmitter webblock to the webapp. This step is particularly important and the webblock should be placed somewhere that is executed as soon as the app runs. Once the Loaded event is dispatched with success, any of the available actions can be used.
