To ben notified when you are next to one beacon, you start by using a client side action to register the regions/beacons. And after that always you enter or exit from a beacon region will be notified. About Estimote Beacons Plugin This plugin provides the capabilities to integrate with Beacons from Estimote. With this plugin, the users will be notified when enter in a region, even if the app is closed. Plugin has the capabilities to create notifications with DeepLinks.
