[Overview]
With CM’s Push & SMS Connector, your OutSystems Application(s) can send out ‘Hybrid’ text messages to your end-users. Mobile Push notifications if the receiver has installed your mobile app, SMS if the receiver is offline or hasn’t installed your app.
[Detail]
The CM API Connector helps you to send out Hybrid Text Messages: Push notifications and/or SMS messages depending on the settings and the connectivity status of the targeted end-user.
This connector contains the 'sending part' with pre-built features of the CM Hybrid Gateway, which you can easily include in your business applications and processes.
The CM Hybrid Messaging Plugin is the 'retrieving part' for your OutSystems mobile apps. Combining the connector with the plugin will enable your audience to receive push notifications, with SMS as back-up channel. You only want to send SMS, no Push? Well, in that case you just use this connector without the Hybrid messaging plugin.
