お客様のWebポータルにウィジェットを追加するか、APIを使用してIntercomと簡単に統合できます。ウィジェットを設定するにはアプリケーションIDが必要です。また、追加のパラメータを設定することもできます。デフォルトランチャーを使用する代わりにIntercom Messengerポップアップを起動するウィジェット。 Intercomプラグインの場合と同様に、ユーザーIDの確認を構成する場合は、User_hashを指定する必要があります。そのために、GetUserHashサーバーアクションを使用できます。 APIを使用するにはアクセストークンを取得し、Intercomのドキュメントを確認する必要があります。

Easily integrate with Intercom adding a widget into your customer web portals or using the API. You will need your App Id to configure the widget and you can also set up additional parameters, e.g. a widget that launches the Intercom Messenger popup instead of using the default launcher. Like for the Intercom Plugin if you configure User identity verification you need to provide the User_hash and for that, you can use the GetUserHash server actions. You need to get an access token in order to use the API, check Intercom documentation.
