Component that allows to take pictures on a mobile device with a user customizable overlay

[Detail]
This component uses the camera preview plugin. By inserting a PNG picture in the placeholder, it will show an overlay image in the camera screen. The picture taken, however, won't be saved with the HTML overlay.
