このコンポーネントはシンプルな機能を提供し、画面に任意の場所に配置し、テキストとツールチップテキストを渡すだけで、ユーザーがボタンをクリックするたびにテキストをクリップボードにコピーし、ツールチップテキストでツールチップを表示します。ボタンをカスタマイズするには、単にClipboardIcon cssクラスをオーバーライドします。 Tooltipster（http://iamceege.github.io/tooltipster/）とClipboard.Js（https://clipboardjs.com/）を使用します。

[Overview]
This component provides a simple feature, just place it wherever you want in your screen and pass it a Text and a TooltipText, then whenever the user clicks the button it will copy the Text into his clipboard and display a tooltip with TooltipText. To customize the button, simply override the ClipboardIcon css class. Makes use of Tooltipster (http://iamceege.github.io/tooltipster/) and Clipboard.Js (https://clipboardjs.com/)
