[Overview]
A small app that can be used to support walk-in clinics registrations. It allows tracking of incoming patients, with self service registration (e.g. on a tablet), giving them an estimate waiting time. It allows technicians to track waiting time, effective appointment time, and gather patient feedback at the end of an appointment.

[Detail]
This app was originally designed to support walk-in clinic with a local technician and a remote physician. It does not store any clinical data by design - it can be integrated with a clinical record system (where all sensitive data is stored). Its capabilities include: Self service patient registration (e.g. from a tablet at the entrance) with indication of expected waiting time, replacing a ticket/waiting line mgmt system Tracking of pending and completed appointments Survey collection to gather patient satisfaction at the end of the appointment (by handing over a tablet) Extensible with other data that may support the clinic's remote operation (e.g. electronic prescription registration data) Feel free to contact me for more information.
