OutSystems eMail Services solution acts as a centralized administration console to manage POP3 email accounts (global or private to client applications), process digest emails registered by client applications and manage SMTP servers used to send emails.
Emails are fetched from POP3 email accounts, automatically or on demand, and stored in local database. Emails store is conditioned to a keyword filter that can be user defined to prevent SPAM messages. Stored emails may then be centrally managed by an administrator user or processed by client applications.
